Our office is located at Vagnhofdi 17 in Reykjavík. Pick up and return is available only at our office. Opening hours Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00, Sunday: CLOSED. Pick up and return of the vehicle from our office after business hours (17:00 – 21:00), Saturday: (14:00 – 21:00) and on Sundays and holidays (08:00 – 21:00) costs an additional 60 €, unless transportation has been booked with us in advance. Clients can pick up the car in person or book transport with us. Personal collection and return of the car at our office between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. is not possible (collection and return of the car during these hours is only possible with the transport option). We offer a shuttle from Keflavík Airport to our office only on the day of pick up and return of the car. The transport option must be selected in the booking form. The price for transport is calculated from the rental of 1 car, not per person. We also offer transport between our office and any location in Reykjavík. Customers who have purchased pick up from the airport are picked in the main arrivals hall, our driver will be holding PK Campers logo in his hand.

Transport from and to the airport is sometimes connected with our other clients. We reserve the right to pick up the client up to one hour difference than stated on the booking form. If the customer arrives earlier, the pick up time remains the same as on the order. Calling the driver right after your arrival will not speed up your pick up from the airport. The driver will pick you up anyway at the time indicated in the booking form. When the client is late for the agreed time of transport from our office to the airport, the amount charged for the transportation will be returned and the client needs to organize the transport to the airport on his own. We recommend returning the vehicle at least 15 min before the agreed time of transport. Your luggage should be packed in our shuttle bus before the time of departure. With Respect to the time of all our customers, you should know that the plane or train does not wait for passengers, we will not wait either, so please take this into account. The bus that takes people to the airport picks up our next clients from the airport, that’s why we can’t afford any delays.
