a) Car pickup and drop-off is only available at our location at Vagnhofdi 17 in Reykjavik. We are open annually from March 20th to October 10th. We do not deliver cars to the airport.
b) Office hours: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, Sunday: office closed.Opening the office outside working hours costs 60 euros - after consultation with the rental company.Personal pickup outside office hours is not possible. Pick-up outside office hours is only possible with our transport. Car return is available 24/7, without the need to book our transport. Leave your car in our parking lot, place your keys in the locker, and you can drive yourself or use our airport transfer service. We offer 24/7 transfers from Keflavík Airport to our office and from the office to the airport, only on the day of pickup and drop-off. Once you book your transfer in the booking form, your car will be delivered immediately upon arrival at our office – even in the middle of the night. You can start your tour immediately; there's no need to wait for the office to open in the morning. The transfer price is per car, not per person. We also offer transfers between our office and any location in Reykjavík. Customers who have booked a transfer with us are asked to contact our driver after collecting their luggage – tel. 003547922464 – and proceed to the exit and then to parking lot number P2, where our PK Campers will be waiting to take you to our office.

Transportation options must be selected on the car rental reservation form. Adding a transfer at a later date may not be possible. Airport transfers are with other clients. These are not VIP transfers, and we do not provide a separate car for each client at the time specified in the reservation form.
We reserve the right to pick up from the airport up to 2 hours after the time specified in the reservation form—and up to 2 hours before the return time specified in the reservation form. If the rental company changes the customer's pickup time, the customer wishing to travel by our bus is obligated to adhere to our schedule. If the change in the rental company's pickup time is problematic for the client, we will refund the transfer fee, and the client will make their own way to the airport. The client will be informed about any change in time by phone, email or text message. If the client fails to arrive at the agreed return car time at our office, the transfer fee will not be refunded, and the client must arrange their own airport transfer. We recommend returning your vehicle at least 15 minutes before your scheduled transfer time. Please wash and clean your vehicle at a car wash, rather than at the last minute, before your departure time for the airport. To respect all our customers' time, please remember that planes and trains don't wait for passengers, and we won't wait either, so please take this into account. The airport shuttle bus picks up new passengers from the airport, so we cannot tolerate any delays.
