Our office is located at Vagnhofdi 17 in Reykjavík. We are open every year 15.03-15.10. Pick up and return is available only at our office. Opening hours Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:00, Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00, Sunday: CLOSED. Pick up and return of the vehicle from our office after business hours (17:00 - 19:00), Saturday: (12:00 - 19:00) and on Sundays and holidays (08:00 - 19:00) costs an additional 60 €, unless transportation has been booked with us in advance,you only pay for transport, you don't pay 60 euros anymore. Clients can pick up the car in person or book transport with us. Personal collection and return of the car at our office between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. is not possible (collection and return of the car during these hours is only possible with the transport option). We offer a shuttle from Keflavík Airport to our office only on the day of pick up and return of the car 24 / 7. After purchasing the transport option, you will receive the car immediately after arriving at our office - even in the middle of the night. You can go on a trip right away, you don't have to wait until the morning for our office to open. The transport option must be selected in the booking form. The price for transport is calculated from the rental of 1 car, not per person. We also offer transport between our office and any location in Reykjavík. Customers who have purchased transport from us are kindly requested to contact our driver by phone after collecting their luggage - tel. 003547922464 - and go to the exit and then to the parking lot number 2-P2, where our buses with the PK Campers logo will be waiting to take you to our office.

Transportation options must be selected on the car rental reservation form. Adding a transfer at a later date may not be possible. Airport transfers are with other clients. These are not VIP transfers, and we do not provide a separate car for each client at the time specified in the reservation form.
We reserve the right to pick up from the airport up to 2 hours after the time specified in the reservation form—and up to 2 hours before the return time specified in the reservation form. If the rental company changes the customer's pickup time, the customer wishing to travel by our bus is obligated to adhere to our schedule. If the change in the rental company's pickup time is problematic for the client, we will refund the transfer fee, and the client will make their own way to the airport. The client will be informed about any change in time by phone, email or text message. If the client fails to arrive at the agreed return car time at our office, the transfer fee will not be refunded, and the client must arrange their own airport transfer. We recommend returning your vehicle at least 15 minutes before your scheduled transfer time. Please wash and clean your vehicle at a car wash, rather than at the last minute, before your departure time for the airport. To respect all our customers' time, please remember that planes and trains don't wait for passengers, and we won't wait either, so please take this into account. The airport shuttle bus picks up new passengers from the airport, so we cannot tolerate any delays.
