What is included in the rental price?

Particular camper equiped with specified things. You can check the equipment of each camper (link to Our campers)
VAT (24% tax)
Unlimited mileage
Basic CDW insurance  with self-risk

Can i add any additional equipment?

You will find all the aditional equipment and devices in Extras. If you need anything else to add, feel free to contact us and we will figure it out for you.

Do you provide any additional services?

We provide you with additional services:

I forgot to add extra/additional service or i changed mind

You can always let us know by email or whats app if you want to add some more or remove some additional. We can also add or remove in our office before you make a payment.

What are the insurance options?

You always get a Basic CDW insurance in yor rental price and you can add another type of provided Insurances.

How the payment works?

First of all, you have to confirm the booking by the advance payment which is 30% of total price.
Later you pay the rest of the price in our office when you pick up the campervan. You can pay the remaining balance by cash (ISK or EUR) or by card.

How do I make a booking?

You confirm the booking by the payment of 30% of the total price. This advance payment can be done via bank transfer or via debit/credit card.

Do I need to leave any deposit while I’m on my trip?

We hold 400 EUR refundable deposit in cash. Deposit is refundable at the day of drop off the vehicle.

How to pay the remaining balance?

The remaining balance you will pay in our office when you pick up the camper and you can simply pay by card or cash (ISK or EUR).

Is there any other fee that I will pay?

No, there are no hidden fees and surprises, you always see the final price when before you confirm the booking (unless you want to add some extra afterwards).

What is your cancellation policy?

We can cancel your booking anytime, but the advance payment is not refundable. We can provide you a voucher instead in appropriate price that you can use next time or give it to someone else.

Can I add insurance and extras later at the pick up?

Yes, if you want to add some more services, its possible to let us know anytime or at the moment you pick up the camper van.

Should I receive a confirmation email?

Yes, when the payment is succesful and your booking completed, you get a confirmation automatically.

Is there any limitation of km on your camper?

No, it’s unlimited.

What is the fuel policy?

You get a full tank and you return full tank.

Where do we pick up the camper?

You always pick up the camper in our office that is located in Vagnhöfði 17, Reykjavík. If you need a taxi to the office from Airport or your hotel, we provide you transport.

Where do we return the camper?

You always return the camper in our office that is located in Vagnhöfði 17, Reykjavík. If you need a taxi suddenly to the Airport or city center, we provide you transport.

How to get to your office?

We provide you with a transport from/to the airport or from/to Reykjavik area. You can also use public transport or any taxi service.

Where do we return the camper?

You always return the camper in our office that is located in Reykjavík, Krókháls 5a. If you need a taxi suddenly to the Airport or city center, we provide you transport.

What time can we pick up/return the camper?

Our office is located at Vagnhofdi 17 in Reykjavík. Pick up and return is available only at our office. Opening hours Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 17:00, Saturday: 08:00 – 14:00, Sunday: CLOSED. Pick up and return of the vehicle from our office after business hours (17:00 – 21:00), Saturday: (14:00 – 21:00) and on Sundays and holidays (08:00 – 21:00) costs an additional 60 €, unless transportation has been booked with us in advance,you only pay for transport, you don’t pay 60 euros anymore. Clients can pick up the car in person or book transport with us. Personal collection and return of the car at our office between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. is not possible (collection and return of the car during these hours is only possible with the transport option).

How we can book a transport from/to the airport/city center?

Simply mark this option when completing your order. If you are not sure while making a booking, you can let us know any later and we will add to your order then. Chceck the options of transportation here.

Is it necessary to have an international driving license?

If you have an European, Canadian or American driver’s license, its enough and you don’t need an international driving license.
Other license must have:
– License number
– The license holders photograph
– A valid date
– Must be written in Latin characters

If your license doesnt fill these requirements, you have to obtain an international driving license.

Can I drive on F-road?

Driving on F-roads is permited only for 4×4 cars, so you can drive there only if you rent out DACIA DUSTER. Driving on F-roads with other campers is prohibited.

Is there any assistance on road?

We cooperate with 24Road Assistance if your campervan breaks down, you get stuck or there is a situation that requiers  help on your road. You can call us, or directly 24Road assistance service number +354 419 2400.
